We are looking for a motivated, professional, and client-oriented Immigration Counsellor who can communicate fluently in Bengali and assist clients with immigration enquiries and application processes.

🗣️ Language Requirements
Bengali – Fluent (Mandatory)
English – Good communication skills
Hindi – Additional advantage

📌 Key Responsibilities
Provide immigration counselling and guidance to prospective clients.
Understand clients' profiles, educational backgrounds, work experience, and immigration goals.
Explain suitable immigration pathways, visa options, eligibility criteria, and procedures.
Assist clients with application forms, documentation, and supporting paperwork.
Follow up with clients regarding applications and missing documents.
Respond to enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on potential leads.
Stay updated on relevant immigration rules, policies, and procedures.
Build professional relationships and provide excellent customer service.

🎯 Candidate Requirements
Fluency in Bengali is essential.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
English and Hindi language skills will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Honest, confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.

Previous experience in immigration consultancy, visa processing, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Freshers are also welcome to apply!
Training and guidance can be provided to suitable candidates.
