Saudi-based contracting, technical solutions & project services company providing ELV/security, IT & networking, AV/LED, MEP, fit-out & civil works, facilities, maintenance and AMC services.
The Role
We are looking for a professional, confident and results-driven female Business Development & Sales Executive to lead lead generation, client development, project acquisition, contract/AMC opportunities and revenue growth.
Responsibilities & KPIs
• Generate qualified leads, projects, contracts and AMC opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and end users
• Identify projects, tenders, fit-out and maintenance opportunities
• Manage meetings, quotations, proposals, tenders and negotiations
• Achieve agreed monthly/quarterly sales targets and pipeline growth
• Convert qualified opportunities into projects, contracts and AMCs
Requirements
• Female candidate — specifically for this position
• 2+ years’ Sales/Business Development experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills
• Technical contracting/project-sales background is an advantage
• Knowledge of ELV, security, IT, MEP, AV/LED, fit-out or maintenance is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
• Knowledge of ERP/quotation systems, tender portals and basic BOQ/AutoCAD documents is an advantage
• English required Arabic strongly preferred
• All nationalities welcome
• Riyadh client network and immediate availability are advantages
