Description
1. Vehicle Operation & Driving (50%):
Operate the assigned heavy-duty vehicle (tanker, truck) in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
Plan and follow the most efficient delivery or collection routes according to the scheduled plan.
Ensure the vehicle is properly loaded, the cargo is secured, and unloading is carried out correctly in accordance with the cargo type and safety standards.
Maintain constant awareness of road and traffic conditions.
2. Pre- & Post-Trip Vehicle Inspection (20%):
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle (tires, brakes, lights, fluid levels, couplings, tank integrity) using the official inspection checklist.
Immediately report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements to the Fleet Supervisor.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean both internally and externally.
3. Documentation & Compliance (20%):
Accurately complete all required trip documentation, including trip logs, delivery notes, fuel receipts, and inspection reports.
Comply with all traffic laws and transport regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as SAWACO’s driving policies.
Present documents to customers as proof of delivery and obtain the required signatures.
4. Customer Service & Support (10%):
Represent SAWACO professionally at customer sites during delivery operations.
Coordinate politely with customer representatives to ensure efficient loading and unloading.
Report any customer feedback or on-site delivery issues to the dispatcher or supervisor.
Licensing: Valid Saudi Arabian Heavy Vehicle Driving License
