Warehouse & E-commerce Logistics Executive

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics professional to join our E-commerce operation in Riyadh.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations efficiently.
2. Handle end-to-end e-commerce orders - from order placement to picking, packing, and dispatch.
3. Ensure same-day dispatch, delivery accuracy, and fulfillment SLA compliance.
4. Maintain accurate inventory across SAP/ERP, WMS, and e-commerce platforms.
5. Handle receiving, put-away, stock counts, audits, and reconciliation.

6. Manage customer returns, exchanges, inspection, and restocking.
7. Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with couriers and logistics partners.
8. Prepare and maintain shipping, import/export, and delivery documentation.
9. Monitor courier performance, resolve delivery delays and failed deliveries.
10. Drive process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency using Excel, ERP, WMS & E-commerce systems.


*Requirements:* Experience in warehouse/e-commerce logistics, proficiency in SAP/ERP/WMS/Excel, transferable Iqama preferred.
