Description
Our company is a growing company specializing in cosmetics, contact lenses, contact lens solutions, skincare products, and beauty accessories. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warehouse Controller to join our team and ensure efficient warehouse operations and accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
* Ensure all inventory movements are properly documented in the ERP/accounting system.
* Prepare picking lists and coordinate order fulfillment for wholesale and e-commerce orders.
* Coordinate with the sales, accounting, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
* Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies.
* Organize the warehouse to maximize efficiency and maintain cleanliness.
* Investigate and report inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
* Help physical to move, place, deliver products
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
* Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Good communication skills in English (Arabic & Arabic)
