Vehicles & Heavy Equipment Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

RAPCO EPC is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vehicles & Heavy Equipment Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team in Jazan immediately. If you have strong technical expertise in fleet and heavy-equipment maintenance and a passion for operational excellence, we would like to hear from you.
Equipment you will maintain: Trailers, Backhoe Loader, Skid Loader, Trencher, Excavator, Roller, Loaders, Dyna Truck, Boom Truck, Cars, Pickups, SUVs, sedan and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise maintenance and repair activities for heavy equipment and vehicles.
● Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented effectively.
● Monitor equipment performance, breakdown analysis and maintenance records.
● Coordinate with project teams to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.
● Manage technicians, mechanics and workshop activities.
● Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
● Minimum 7 to 10 years of gulf experience in heavy-equipment and vehicle maintenance, preferably on civil construction or water/utility projects. Proven experience managing workshop operations and maintenance teams.
● Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems of heavy equipment and fleet vehicles.
● Proven leadership and workshop-management skills.
● Valid Saudi driving license; transferable Iqama.
