Description
We are looking for an experienced Aramco Approved Valve Technician to join our team for ongoing Oil & Gas and Industrial Projects in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, overhaul, testing, and repair of industrial valves.
Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and pressure-test:
Gate Valves
Globe Valves
Check Valves
Ball Valves
Butterfly Valves
Control Valves
PSV & Safety Relief Valves
Perform valve lapping, seat replacement, actuator servicing, and calibration.
Ensure all work complies with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and approved procedures.
Prepare inspection reports, maintenance records, and test documentation.
Support shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance activities.
Maintain strict compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in valve maintenance within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial facilities.
Saudi Aramco Approval is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in valve testing, troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishment.
Knowledge of API, ASME, and Saudi Aramco standards is preferred.
Strong commitment to HSE and quality standards.
Requirements
Aramco Approved Valve Technician Certificate
Transferable Iqama preferred for candidates currently in Saudi Arabia
Immediate availability is an advantage
Willingness to work at project sites across Saudi Arabia
