About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineer to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new projects, managing ongoing projects, preparing cost estimates, and providing comprehensive engineering support to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new construction projects and business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Prepare project cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and budget analyses.
Review tender documents and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, quality, and resources.
Provide technical and engineering support to project teams and management.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
