Description
We are urgently looking for an HR Manager with minimum 3-5 yrs of experience to join our team in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and calculate monthly employee salaries and payroll.
Manage employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and salary deductions.
Handle HR documentation and maintain employee records.
Manage vehicle permits, renewals, and related documentation.
Coordinate employee Iqama, work permits, and other relevant administrative requirements.
Handle day-to-day HR and office administrative activities.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Coordinate with management regarding employee matters and payroll processing.
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR management, payroll processing, and administration.
Strong knowledge of salary calculations and Saudi Labor Law.
Good organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Must be currently residing in the Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, or Ras Tanura).
Immediate availability is preferred.
