Role Description The Grill Chef role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saudi Arabia. The Grill Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking grilled items to consistent quality standards, following established recipes and portion guidelines. Daily tasks include seasoning and grilling meats and vegetables, monitoring cooking times and temperatures, and ensuring food is presented in an appealing manner. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and grill area, adhering to food safety regulations, and properly handling equipment and ingredients. The Grill Chef will collaborate with kitchen staff, support menu execution during busy service periods, assist with inventory and stock rotation, and help implement any special menu items or promotions as required.
Qualifications
Strong grilling and general cooking skills, with the ability to prepare a variety of meats and vegetables to consistent quality standards.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation procedures, including safe storage and handling of ingredients.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, manage multiple orders, and maintain attention to detail under time pressure.
