π **Location:** Dammam, Saudi Arabia
ποΈ **Project:** Major Saudi Aramco EPC Project

We are looking for an experienced **AI Engineer** to join a major **Saudi Aramco EPC project** in Saudi Arabia.
The role will focus on developing and implementing **AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM and automation solutions** to improve engineering, construction, project controls, document management and overall project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Design, develop and deploy **AI/ML and Generative AI solutions** for EPC project applications.
β’ Develop AI-powered automation for engineering and construction workflows.
β’ Build and integrate **LLM-based applications, RAG systems, AI agents and intelligent document-processing solutions**.
β’ Develop solutions for extracting, analyzing and classifying information from engineering documents, drawings, specifications and project records.
β’ Automate repetitive project controls, reporting and document-management processes.
β’ Work with project teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, accuracy and decision-making.
β’ Develop and integrate AI solutions with existing databases, APIs and enterprise applications.
β’ Evaluate AI models, improve performance and ensure reliability and scalability.
β’ Maintain appropriate data security, access control and governance for AI applications.
REQUIREMENTS
β **5+ years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience**
β Strong programming skills in **Python**
β Hands-on experience with **Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI**
β Strong knowledge of **LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and vector databases**
β Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as **PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain or equivalent**
β Experience developing and integrating **AI APIs and automation solutions**
β Strong understanding of data processing, NLP and document intelligence
β Experience with cloud AI platforms is an advantage
β **EPC, Oil & Gas or Saudi Aramco project experience is highly preferred**
β Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
β Bachelorβs/Masterβs Degree in **Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or related field**
πΉ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates with experience in applying AI to:
β’ Engineering document management
β’ Technical document classification and extraction
β’ Construction progress monitoring
β’ Project controls and reporting
β’ Schedule / cost analytics
β’ Engineering knowledge management

β’ Digital transformation of EPC projects
