Summary of Employees Bus Driver Duties & responsibilities

An employee bus driver is responsible for safely transporting staff to and from work locations, adhering to strict schedules, conducting daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections, and ensuring passenger comfort. They must obey traffic laws, maintain cleanliness, assist with boarding/disembarking, and report maintenance issues to management.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Safety and Driving: Safely operating the bus according to traffic laws and company regulations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing inspections of tires, lights, and oil before and after shifts to ensure functionality.
• Scheduling and Routing: Following designated routes and maintaining strict, reliable, and punctual time schedules.
• Passenger Assistance: Assisting employees with boarding and exiting, including those with disabilities.
• Communication: Communicating with dispatch or supervisors regarding delays, traffic issues, or mechanical problems.
• Cleanliness: Keeping the interior of the bus clean and well-maintained.
• Compliance: Ensuring passenger capacity limits are respected.
Required Skills:
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with proper endorsements.
• Strong communication skill
• Excellent time management and safe driving record.
• Transferable Iqama
• Can Join Immediately
