MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced site execution leader with:
* Extensive furnace, fired heater and reformer installation and overhaul experience.
* Proven expertise in radiant/convection coil installation, tube and pigtail replacement, burner installation and alignment.
* Strong knowledge of refractory installation and repair, including specialist coordination.
* Experience in heavy lifting, equipment installation, alignment, hydro-testing and box-up.
* Ability to manage schedules, manpower, work sequencing, productivity, subcontractors, materials and daily construction priorities.
* Strong multidisciplinary coordination with Client, Engineering, Planning, QA/QC and HSE teams, alongside a sound understanding of PTW, LOTO, SIMOPS, lifting and work-at-height requirements.
Preferred background: 12+ years of relevant construction, maintenance or turnaround experience; refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, oil & gas or industrial facility experience; proven Saudi Arabia/GCC experience; and Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification. Significant furnace, fired heater or reformer installation experience will be strongly considered.
