Urgent Needed Of PMCC Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced punch list coordinator to join our team in Riyadh for a 6-month project, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the master punch list, categorizing punch items based on priority and impact, and tracking their status. Key responsibilities include coordinating with construction, commissioning, QA/QC, and vendors, as well as arranging and participating in punch walkdowns.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on offshore oil and gas projects, with Saudi Aramco project experience being mandatory. Candidates available to work on a rental basis will be given preference, and immediate availability is preferred. Some key tasks include:
- Maintaining proper documentation and traceability for all cleared items
- Supporting QA/QC for required supporting documents for punch closure
- Verifying completion and sign-off of punch items with initiators
