Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years PWHT experience
* Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery / Pressure Vessel experience preferred
* ERH (Electrical Resistance Heating) & Induction Heating experience
* Heating elements, thermocouples & insulation installation
* Temperature controller / data logger operation
* Heating, soaking & cooling cycle monitoring
* PWHT charts and reports preparation
