URGENT MANPOWER REQUIREMENT
Location: Jizan
Duration: Long Term
POSITIONS REQUIRED
1. Security / Crowd Management Supervisor – 9 Nos.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in security operations.
- Good English communication skills.
- Recognized security training certifications.
- Experience in supervising security guards, access control, crowd management and incident reporting.
- Immediate mobilization availability required.
2. Security / Crowd Management Personnel – 47 Nos.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Security Officer.
- English communication skills.
- Recognized security training certification.
- Experience in access control, personnel verification, crowd management, traffic/pedestrian control and incident reporting.
3. Field Safety Officer – 10 Nos.
- 2–3 years’ practical HSE experience in chemical, petrochemical, refinery or similar industrial facilities.
- Degree in Safety, Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Safety qualification such as NEBOSH, ASP or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
4. EHSS Trainer – Bilingual (Bengali) – 1 No.
- Minimum 5 years’ EHS training/compliance/industrial safety experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ training development and delivery experience.
- Degree/Diploma in OHS, Industrial Safety, Engineering or related field.
- Experience in PTW, Confined Space, LOTO, Working at Height, Fire Prevention, SIMOPS and contractor onboarding.
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and EHSS best practices.
- TTT certification and NEBOSH/equivalent preferred.
5. Process Safety Engineer – 1 No.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant industrial experience, preferably Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Power.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Process, Safety Engineering or related discipline.
- Turnaround, Shutdown, Startup, Commissioning or T&I experience.
- Strong knowledge of PHA, HAZOP/HAZID, Risk Assessment/JSA, MOC and Incident Investigation/RCA.
6. IH Technician – 1 No.
- Minimum 3 years’ Industrial Hygiene experience.
- Petrochemical, Refining, Fertilizer or Chemical Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in heat stress, noise, chemical exposure, lighting and ergonomic assessments.
- Experience with Sound Level Meters, Sampling Pumps, Multi-Gas Monitors, Lux Meters and PIDs.
- Experience in equipment calibration, maintenance and respiratory protection programs.
7. Waste Management Technician – Environment – 3 Nos.
- 3–5 years’ experience in waste management/environmental operations/hazardous waste handling.
- Diploma/Associate Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Technology, Industrial Safety, Chemical Technology or related field.
- Knowledge of Saudi environmental regulations and RCER.
- Knowledge of waste classification, labeling, compatibility, packaging, storage, EMS, waste minimization and recycling.
8. Rigger – 2 Nos.
- 5–8 years’ rigging experience.
- JIGPC-approved third-party rigging certification.
- Must pass JIGPC internal verification examinations.
- Competent in safe and controlled rigging operations.
- Mobile Crane Awareness and Rigging General Practices training required.
9. Scaffolding SME – 1 No.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
- Valid JIGPC-approved Scaffold Specialist/Supervisor/Inspector certification.
- Knowledge of BS EN 12811, OSHA scaffolding requirements and industry best practices.
- Working at Height, Fall Protection and PTW training.
- Minimum 10 years’ scaffolding experience, with 3–5 years in specialist/supervisory/technical roles.
10. Flagmen – 20 Nos.
- 2–5 years’ experience as Flagman, Banksman, Traffic Marshal or similar.
- Experience in traffic/pedestrian control, vehicle/equipment movement and heavy equipment/crane support.
- Worksite access and congestion management experience.
- Basic English communication skills.
11. Confined Space Rescuer – 3 Nos.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
- Confined Space Rescue Certification.
- Rope/High Angle Rescue Training.
- SCBA/SABA User Certification.
- First Aid / CPR / AED Certification.
- Medical Fitness Certificate.
- JIGPC Confined Space Procedure Familiarization.
- Successful participation in rescue drills.
