🚨 URGENT HIRING – INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY 🇸🇦
📍 Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
🏭 Industry: Petrochemical / Refinery
👷 Position: Instrument Technician
💰 Basic Salary: SAR 5,200 – 8,000/month (depending on experience & qualifications)
🔧 JOB OBJECTIVE
We are urgently looking for an experienced Instrument Technician to independently perform maintenance, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and commissioning of field instrumentation and instrument cabinets in PDH & PP Plants, ensuring high equipment availability and strict compliance with safety standards.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation problems with minimum supervision.
• Carry out calibration, installation, repair, inspection, and commissioning of instruments.
• Perform condition monitoring of field instruments and rack room cabinets.
• Execute assigned instrumentation jobs during plant turnarounds and shutdowns.
• Assist with minor plant modifications and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and instrument calibration records.
• Maintain daily job records/logbooks and update CMMS.
• Assist in monitoring critical and non-critical instrument spares.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping at workshops and work sites.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Work effectively with multinational teams and coordinate with Operations and other departments.
🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
✅ Diploma in Instrumentation / Instrumentation Engineering
✅ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
✅ Experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas plants
✅ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✅ Hands-on experience in preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance
✅ Experience with calibration and field instrumentation
✅ Knowledge of MS Office and CMMS
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Strong safety awareness
✅ Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
