### 🔧 Job Responsibilities

* Supervise daily electrical and HVAC work at the site.
* Manage and guide electricians, HVAC technicians, and helpers.
* Read and understand electrical, HVAC, and MEP drawings.
* Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with engineers and other site teams.
* Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning work.
* Check the quality and progress of work.
* Manage manpower, tools, and materials properly.
* Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
* Report site issues and coordinate with the engineer for solutions.

### ✅ Requirements
* Ability to read drawings.
* Good communication and team-management skills.
* Saudi/GCC experience is preferred.
* Iqama must be valid.
* Candidates available in Jeddah are preferred.
* Immediate joining candidates will be given preference.

* منظور شدہ ڈرائنگز اور پروجیکٹ کی ضروریات کے مطابق کام مکمل کروانا۔
* انجینئرز اور دوسری سائٹ ٹیموں کے ساتھ رابطہ رکھنا۔
* انسٹالیشن، ٹیسٹنگ اور کمیشننگ کے کام کی نگرانی کرنا۔
* کام کے معیار اور پروگریس کو چیک کرنا۔
* مین پاور، ٹولز اور میٹیریل کا مناسب استعمال یقینی بنانا۔
* سائٹ کے سیفٹی رولز اور کمپنی کی ہدایات پر عمل کروانا۔
* سائٹ کے مسائل کی نشاندہی کرنا اور انجینئر کے ساتھ مل کر حل کرنا۔

### ✅ مطلوبہ قابلیت اور تجربہ

* ڈرائنگز پڑھنے اور سمجھنے کی صلاحیت۔
* اچھی communication اور team management skills۔
* سعودی عرب کا تجربہ ترجیحی ہوگا۔
* اقامہ ختم نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔
