We are hiring a Transport & Service Coordinator for a leading automotive logistics company in Saudi Arabia.
About the Role
You will plan, coordinate, and optimize the movement and servicing of vehicles within an automotive yard, making sure vehicles are dispatched on time and that the yard, suppliers, service providers, and customers stay in sync, all in line with KSA safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan daily transport operations in SAP and report daily operational KPIs
• Meet customer lead times and SLA-based KPIs
• Maximize fleet utilization and assign vehicles by priority and customer needs
• Monitor fleet running costs and fuel consumption, and drive improvements
• Work with the QA team to reduce accidents and damage, especially for car-carrier deliveries and heavy vehicle operations
• Supervise fleet servicing, repairs, and maintenance, including emergency breakdowns and vehicle recovery
• Run regular toolbox training sessions for HV drivers
• Prepare monthly reports, including trip allowance, overtime, vehicle offload, car carrier allowance, payroll inputs, petty cash, and billing statements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in transport planning, fleet coordination, or warehousing
• Hands-on experience with SAP is a strong advantage
• Strong MS Office and report-preparation skills
• Clear communicator at all levels, with strong planning and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A confident leader who can manage and motivate a driving team
• Knowledge of KSA transport and safety regulations is preferred
