TELESALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Al Khobar, KSA
Gender: Female Candidates Only
Job Description
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to promote our ERP and POS software solutions and handle sales activities in the KSA market.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Generate new sales leads and follow up with prospects.
* Contact customers in the KSA market and understand their requirements.
* Explain ERP/POS software features and benefits.
* Schedule product demonstrations and meetings.
* Follow up with interested customers.
* Handle customer enquiries and objections.
* Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
* Achieve assigned sales targets.
* Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in English.
* Confidence in speaking over the phone.
* Previous telesales experience is mandatory.
* Experience in telecalling, IT sales, or software sales is preferred.
* Knowledge of ERP/POS software is an advantage.
* Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Salary
SAR 2,500–3,000
