Description
We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer with 2–3 years of experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aged no older than 25 years. (Indian Or Filipino Only)
The candidate must possess the following skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
Expertise in Quantity Surveying using Microsoft Excel for both Civil and Architectural Finishing works.
Proficiency in preparing Shop Drawings for Exterior GRC Decorations, Interior Gypsum Board Works, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Woodworks (Cabinets, Kitchens, Doors), and all other building-related works.
Thorough understanding of all required Technical Office documentation, including shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, inspection requests (IRs), BOQs, quantity take-offs, and related technical documents.
Preferred Nationality: Indian or Filipino.
