Job Vacancy | Civil Engineer

A contracting company is seeking a Civil Engineer for Construction and Maintenance Project Estimation, Project Management, and Business Development.
Work Location: Riyadh or any other location required by the business. Willingness to travel is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents; perform quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and prepare quotations.
* Manage construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and schedule compliance.
* Prepare and review engineering drawings, shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.
* Prepare progress payment applications and price variations; coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Develop new business, attract clients, and follow up on opportunities and proposals through negotiation and contract award within approved authority.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least five years of experience in estimation and project management.
* Fluency in both Arabic and English—spoken and written—is mandatory.
* Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and the ability to apply relevant requirements.

* Comprehensive knowledge and practical proficiency in engineering software relevant to drafting, modeling, structural analysis, quantity takeoffs, and project planning.
* Proficiency in preparing engineering drawings and using AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and planning software such as Primavera or MS Project.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities.
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel and work at project locations as required.
* Previous experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
