WE ARE HIRING TECHNICAL ENGINEER
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🏗️ Industry: Contracting & Construction
💼 Position: Technical Engineer
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of experience in the contracting/construction industry.
Strong experience in reviewing and preparing tender documents.
Experience with Tender Drawings, Specifications, BOQ, Scope of Work, and Contract Documents.
Experience in preparing technical proposals, method statements, technical compliance, and tender clarifications.
Ability to review tender requirements and identify technical gaps, exclusions, deviations, and risks.
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Knowledge of Saudi construction and infrastructure projects is preferred.
Arabic language is preferred.
Good command of English is required.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze tender documents and technical requirements.
Study drawings, specifications, BOQ, scope of work, and contract requirements.
Prepare and compile technical tender submissions.
Prepare method statements, technical proposals, compliance sheets, and technical clarifications.
Review tender documents for scope gaps, discrepancies, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project, and other departments for tender requirements.
Prepare responses to technical queries and clarifications.
Ensure all technical tender documents are complete and submitted within the required deadline.
