Description
We are a newly established oilfield services and materials supply company headquartered in Dammam. Backed by corporate executive leadership with extensive financial background in the Saudi energy sector, we are building a lean, high-efficiency organization dedicated to supplying specialized products and maintenance components to Saudi Aramco and its Tier-1 EPC contractors. We are seeking a hands-on, energetic Technical BDM / Qualifications Manager to spearhead our Aramco technical approvals from day one.
Role Objective
The successful candidate will take full, end-to-end ownership of moving our company from a basic registered vendor to a Fully Approved, Active 9COM Material and 9CEC Service Supplier. As a vital member of a lean startup team, you will design our warehouse quality controls, physically organize and clear Aramco QA/QC site inspections, secure international manufacturer agreements, and successfully capture incoming RFQs.
Key Responsibilities
• Aramco Technical Qualifications: Lead the entire submission process for target 9COM (materials) and 9CEC (services) codes through the Saudi Aramco Supplier Portal (SAP Ariba).
• Hands-on Warehouse & QMS Setup: Personally design and implement the warehouse layout, bin locations, material tracking systems, and Quality Management System (QMS) manuals required to pass the physical Saudi Aramco QA/QC site inspection.

• Audit Management: Act as the primary technical interface during physical Aramco site visits, defending material traceability logs, mill test certificates (MTCs), and heat numbers to the inspector.
• Cybersecurity & IKTVA Alignment: Coordinate with third-party auditors to ensure our infrastructure clears the mandatory Cybersecurity Compliance Certificate (CCC) and aligns with the In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) localization metrics.
• Commercial Bid Management: Monitor, interpret, and technically evaluate incoming Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from Aramco, preparing comprehensive technical submittals and coordinating pricing with the management.
Candidate Requirements (Must-Haves)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of direct experience handling vendor qualifications, procurement engineering, or technical business development inside an active, approved Saudi Aramco vendor company.
• System Expertise: High proficiency navigating the Saudi Aramco Supplier Portal (SAP Ariba), Aramco e-Marketplace, and managing 9COM/9CEC workflows.
• Audit Track Record: Proven, verifiable track record of successfully passing physical Saudi Aramco QA/QC inspector audits and managing product pre-qualifications.
• Mindset: Start-up mentality. Must be willing to switch seamlessly between high-level engineering compliance and hands-on physical warehouse layout preparation.
• Language & Location: Excellent command of English (technical writing is mandatory); currently based in the Eastern Province with a transferable Iqama
