Requirements:
β’ Proven experience as a Sushi Chef
β’ Strong skills in sushi preparation, sashimi, nigiri & maki
β’ Knowledge of Japanese food safety and hygiene standards
β’ Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
β’ Team player with a professional attitude
β’ Relevant experience in restaurants or hotels preferred
