Position Summary
The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager is responsible for leading all procurement and supply chain activities across the company, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and delivery of materials, equipment, and services to support the company’s operations and projects.
The role supports all business divisions, including industrial projects, maintenance services, trading, and engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead procurement activities for materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local and international suppliers and OEMs.
• Manage supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance.
• Lead commercial negotiations and purchase order administration.
• Oversee logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and domestic transportation.
• Manage courier services and shipment tracking through DHL and other logistics platforms.
• Coordinate procurement activities with Engineering, Projects, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely material delivery.
• Support inventory planning and warehouse coordination.
• Ensure proper utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for procurement and supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable Saudi regulations.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications are an advantage.
Experience
• 10–15 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in industrial projects, EPC, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial services.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, contract administration, and vendor management.
• GCC experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
