Description
A dedicated and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in Storekeeping, Administrative Operations, and Data Entry. Seeking a challenging position in a progressive organization where I can utilize my administrative, inventory management, and technical skills to optimize operations.
• *Storekeeping & Warehouse Management:*
o Efficient inventory control, stock monitoring (Min/Max levels, Safety Stock), FIFO, LIFO and receiving/issuing materials.
o Material Requests (MR) processing, documentation, GRN, Delivery note and maintaining audit-ready records.
o Experience with MS Excel systems/Company software for inventory tracking.
• *Data Entry Operations:*
o Accurate and high-speed data entry.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Data verification, clean-up, duplicate removal, and reporting.
• *Administrative Assistance & Operations:*
o General office administration, document control, and file management
o Handling official correspondence, reports, and coordination between departments
o Familiar with all Administrative work.
