Site Engineer

Supervise ELV installation to meet drawings and manufacturer instructions.
Plan and manage manpower; prepare daily/weekly rosters and coach technicians.
Perform quality checks; raise and close NCRs and punch lists.
Conduct testing and commissioning; document cable certification and functional tests.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, material inspection records, test reports, and handover packs.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other trades.
Enforce site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and follow HSE procedures.
Daily site reports with manpower, progress, materials, and safety notes.
Qualification Required:
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
1–3 years ELV project experience (more for senior roles).
Technical skills in structured cabling, CAT6 termination and testing, CCTV/access control, basic networking, and drawing reading.
Familiarity with cable testers, multimeter, crimping tools, OTDR/Fluke reports.
Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, time management, and report writing.
English required; Arabic advantageous.
