### Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Shawarma Chef / Maker** with proven hands-on experience in preparing authentic shawarma.

The ideal candidate must have complete knowledge of the shawarma preparation process, from marination and meat preparation to grilling, slicing, sandwich assembly, and serving.

**We need someone who can work independently without extensive training.**

### Required Skills & Experience

- Proven work experience in a shawarma restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of chicken and meat shawarma preparation.
- Experienced in marination, seasoning, and proper meat handling.
- Skilled in operating vertical shawarma grills and controlling cooking temperatures.
- Knowledge of preparing garlic sauce, tahini sauce, and other shawarma condiments.
- Ability to prepare shawarma sandwiches, wraps, and different fillings.
- Knowledge of proper food storage, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple customer orders efficiently.
- Capable of maintaining consistent taste, quality, and food presentation.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

### Personal Grooming & Hygiene Requirements

- Must be neat, clean, and well-groomed.
- Must maintain excellent personal hygiene at all times.
- Clean uniform, proper hair restraint, and appropriate food-handling attire are required.
- Must follow proper handwashing and sanitation procedures.
- Must maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Professional, disciplined, and responsible attitude.

### Employment Requirements

- **Direct shawarma restaurant experience is mandatory.**
- Transferable Iqama required.
- No Huroob / absence-from-work report.
- Must be willing to work in Al Kharj.
- Must be available to join after completing all legal employment requirements.
