Description
Position: Service Coordinator / Service Engineer
We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage equipment inspection, repair, and customer communication. You’ll be the main link between our customers and our service, workshop, engineering, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate equipment inspections and prepare technical inspection reports
Prepare and submit repair quotations to customers
Follow up with customers for approvals and purchase orders (POs)
Track repair progress and coordinate with internal teams through to delivery
Maintain accurate records of quotations, POs, and service documents
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in service or repair coordination in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of equipment repair processes, spare parts, and maintenance terminology
Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus
