Description
1. Job Title: Senior Sales & Operations Engineer
Philipino or Indian Nationals
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- should have a customer base and should generate leads and new sales opportunities.
- Knowledge of pumps and dewatering application will ne an advantage -Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations and proposals.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in technical sales or engineering sales.
- Good technical knowledge and communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare technical proposals and quotations.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary- Will be negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Saudi driving license and ability to speak and understand Arabic would be an advantage.

- Coordinate with existing and potential customers regarding inquiries and requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and purchase orders.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
- Follow up on deliveries, orders, and customer requirements.
- Develop new sales opportunities and support business development activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales reports.
- Attend customer meetings and provide product/service presentations when required.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in achieving assigned targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sales, sales coordination, or technical sales.
- Good communication and customer relationship skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and sales documentation.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Candidates must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia when required.
