Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer (Civil Oil & Gas) with 20+ years of experience, preferably with strong exposure to Saudi Aramco projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of civil works within oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering activities on-site
Review design documents and resolve technical issues
Ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality standards
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and manage project documentation
Oversee cost control, budgeting, and resource planning
Support tendering, bidding, and contract management processes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
20+ years of experience, with a strong background in oil & gas projects
Proven experience in Saudi Aramco projects (highly preferred)
Strong expertise in project management, planning, and execution
Solid experience in cost control, bidding, and contract management
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, and civil design software
Good understanding of electrical interfaces in oil & gas projects
Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety, and quality practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in demanding site environments and manage cross-functional teams
Fluent in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment
