We're Hiring: Senior Planning Engineer (High-Rise Buildings & 4/5-Star Hotels)
China Railway 18 Bureau is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for prestigious high-rise building and luxury hotel projects.
Position
Senior Planning Engineer
Experience Required
Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in construction planning.
At least 80% of total experience must be in High-Rise Building projects.
Mandatory experience in 4-Star and/or 5-Star Hotel projects.
Candidates who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and revised project plans.
Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path activities.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and management presentations.
Perform delay analysis and recommend corrective actions to recover project schedules.
Monitor project milestones and ensure compliance with contractual deadlines.
Assist in resource planning, manpower forecasting, and productivity analysis.
Support project controls by integrating planning with cost and progress reporting.
Ensure all planning activities comply with project specifications and company standards.
Mandatory Requirements
✅ Minimum 10+ years of experience.
✅ 80% of total experience must be in High-Rise Buildings.
✅ Proven experience in 4-Star/5-Star Hotel Construction Projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and project scheduling techniques.
✅ Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
