Senior MEP Project Manager – Saudi Arabia
Position: Senior MEP Project Manager
Location: Dammam
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior MEP Project Manager to lead and manage major MEP projects from planning and mobilization through successful completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall execution and delivery of MEP projects.
Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, resources, procurement, and subcontractors.
Oversee HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and other MEP systems.
Lead and coordinate MEP engineering, construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and site teams.
Coordinate effectively with the client, consultant, main contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and contractual requirements.
Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and project schedules.
Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi Building Code, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
Conduct project and coordination meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.
Ensure successful completion of projects within approved budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
12+ years of experience in MEP construction/project management.
Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager managing major projects.
Strong experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
Experience managing large MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, procurement, contracts, and construction management.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.
Transferable Iqama / valid Saudi work status preferred.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
