Senior Engineer - Central Gas System (LPG)

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Mechanical Engineer to head our Centralized Gas System (CGS) sales and project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, exceptional leadership qualities, and a proven track record in B2B project sales and management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales and project teams for the CGS division, ensuring optimal performance and team synergy.
• Drive project sales growth by converting leads, responding to enquiries, and securing new business.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and client requirements.
• Identify and acquire new opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Engage and influence key decision-makers and stakeholders to position our CGS solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, execution) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
• Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and team development.

Qualification & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/project execution in the CGS
• Proven leadership experience in managing B2B sales and technical teams
• Strong understanding of centralized gas system design, standards, and project cycles
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value

Salary: BD 1000-1400 + car & fuel + sim + family status + ticket after 2 years.
