Over 19 years managing Electrical Engineer megaprojects in Saudi Arabia taught me one brutal truth:

Early in my career working on airport infrastructure (Riyadh & Dammam) and Saudi Aramco facilities, I noticed the same 3 bottlenecks repeated across 11kV/33kV substation builds:
