Senior Buyer And Buyer - Ras Al Khair Location - Local Transfer

Senior Buyer (With the following qualifications and requirements)


Reviewing Purchase Requisitions ("PRs") for completeness and compliance.
Conducting market research and identifying qualified suppliers.
Preparing and issuing Requests for Quotation ("RFQs").
Managing commercial evaluations and clarifications.
Negotiating commercial terms to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Preparing Purchase Orders ("POs") in accordance with the Company's Delegation of Authority ("DOA").
Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
Maintaining complete procurement and supplier records.


Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum seven (7) to ten (10) years of procurement experience in industrial, maritime, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong negotiation and commercial evaluation capabilities.
Proven experience managing strategic sourcing and high-value Purchase Orders.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Buyer - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience in industrial, maritime, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors.
