Job Title: Senior AI & Computer Vision Engineer – CCTV Analytics

Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI & Computer Vision Engineer to develop, train, optimize, and deploy AI-powered CCTV analytics solutions. The role involves building real-time video analytics systems to analyze employee and customer activity, integrating AI models with CCTV/IP cameras, and connecting AI outputs to web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy computer vision models using Python, YOLO, OpenCV, and PyTorch.
Build AI-powered CCTV analytics solutions for employee and customer activity analysis.
Integrate AI models with CCTV/IP cameras and RTSP video streams.
Develop real-time object detection, tracking, and video analytics pipelines.
Optimize models for GPU performance and real-time inference.
Develop APIs and web portals to manage AI services.
Integrate AI solutions with web applications using Node.js and React.
Deploy and maintain solutions using Docker and Linux environments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy and uptime.

Experience training, evaluating, and deploying AI/deep learning models.
Knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras, RTSP streams, object detection, and tracking.
Experience with Node.js and React for web application integration.
Knowledge of real-time video analytics and GPU optimization.
Familiarity with ONNX/TensorRT, Docker, and Linux is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions.
Good English communication skills.
Important: Candidates should have practical project experience in computer vision and real-time CCTV/video analytics, not only theoretical AI or general software development experience.
