Room has a ventilated window as well. Also after every 2 weeks bengali come for cleaning of room and washroom which is included in rent. KITCHEN IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Electricity & internet charges are separate and that charges are equally distributed on all members living in apartment. Apartment location is on Haya ul Wizarat main road right opposite to Al Idrees Petrol Pump very near to Student Biryani & Baba sweets. Other Restaurants, Barber shops, Vegetable shop, Chicken & meat shops, 24hrs supermarket and Desi utensils shops are in some footsteps. No parking and water issue. Building is neat and clean
