• 6 months contract remaining: October to March**
• Rent: SR 4,750 every 3 months for the complete flat**
• One room is already occupied by an **executive bachelor**
• He will share 50% of the rent and electricity bill with you**
• Ejar(Rental contract) will be transferred to your name**
* Presently there is no dues of rent or electricity bills as we pay on time.
