Sales Manager (Only Experience In Machines / Workshop)

Preferred Experience: 5–8 years in machinery sales, workshop services, or industrial equipment rotating / static business, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Identify and approach new customers, industries, workshops, and potential business partners.
Promote machinery, equipment, spare parts, repair, and maintenance services.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and technical offers in coordination with relevant departments.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Relevant experience in machinery sales, workshop operations, equipment trading, or industrial services.
Strong knowledge of machinery, workshop equipment, spare parts, and maintenance services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
