About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Sales & Estimation Engineer, supporting the sales and technical estimation of industrial equipment, steam and hot water systems, mechanical components, and aftermarket solutions supplied by leading international manufacturers.
The role combines technical sales, quotation preparation, customer support, and business development across various industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities with end users, trading companies, EPC contractors, industrial customers, and maintenance contractors.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
• Review RFQs, specifications, drawings, and technical documents.
• Support customers with product selection and technical clarifications.
• Follow up quotations until order award.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for technical and commercial support.
• Conduct customer visits and identify maintenance, replacement, and retrofit opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records using the company’s ERP/CRM system.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, estimation, or application engineering.
• Experience in industrial equipment, valves, boilers, steam systems, or process industries is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM system.
