Sales Engineer – Diesel Generators & HVAC Services:
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote our diesel generator and HVAC maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to generate new business by securing maintenance contracts and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for diesel generator and HVAC services.
Promote and secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for diesel generators and HVAC systems.
Sell preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency breakdown support, overhauling, repair, installation, commissioning, and retrofit projects.
Meet with industrial, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, construction, and government clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for surveys and assessments.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and service agreements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, quotations, and sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in diesel generators, HVAC systems, MEP services, or industrial equipment.
Knowledge of diesel generator brands such as CAT, Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, MTU, Kohler, Mitsubishi, or equivalent.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, package units, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and related maintenance services.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to prepare technical quotations, maintenance proposals, and service agreements.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Must have Own Car @ Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
