Sales Coordinator - Female Requierd

We are looking for a Lady Sales Coordinator to join our team in the household utensils and homeware trading business.

Job Responsibilities:

Contact customers and follow up on sales inquiries.

Coordinate with sales staff and customers to develop business.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and reports.

Maintain customer databases and update sales records.

Handle customer inquiries and support daily sales activities.

Prepare Excel reports and coordinate with the accounts and warehouse teams.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage.

Positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
