**WE’RE HIRING: SAFETY ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR**
Bright East Steel Company (BESCO) is looking for a qualified and experienced **Safety Engineer / Supervisor** to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
**Key Qualifications & Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience in industrial, steel fabrication, construction, or oil and gas industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or an equivalent recognized occupational health and safety qualification.
- Certified ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Lead Auditor and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Lead Auditor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement, maintain, and continually improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Prepare for and conduct internal and external ISO audits, address findings, and ensure timely closure of nonconformities.
- Develop, implement, review, and update HSE manuals, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Supervise daily site safety activities and ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety plans, legal requirements, and client specifications.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness training.
- Report and investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and environmental spills, and support corrective and preventive actions.
