Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and accredited Fire & Safety Design Engineer to join our team in Jubail, leading the design and technical review of life safety and fire protection systems for our real estate and development projects. The ideal candidate must hold an active classification with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and possess expertise in drafting compliant submittals under the Saudi Building Code (SBC), specifically SBC 201 and SBC 801.
Key responsibilities include:
- SBC Compliant Design & Drafting
- Life Safety Plans Development
- Active Systems Engineering
- Civil Defense & Authority Approvals
- Cross-Disciplinary Coordination
To be considered for this role, you must have SCE accreditation, a Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Engineering, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, and at least 5 years of direct experience in drafting and designing fire and life safety systems in Saudi Arabia. You should also have in-depth knowledge of the Saudi Building Code framework, working knowledge of international reference codes, and advanced command of AutoCAD and Revit.
