We're Hiring Roasting Assistant
📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a dedicated Roasting Assistant to join our production team.
If you have experience in food production, coffee roasting, or machine operation and are eager to learn, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in daily coffee roasting operations.
* Operate roasting machines and production equipment.
* Monitor and record roasting parameters accurately.
* Clean equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
* Follow quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
* Report equipment issues or production deviations.
* Support the roasting and production teams as needed.
Requirements
* High school diploma (Science stream preferred).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, coffee roasting, or a similar field.
* Experience operating industrial machines is an advantage.
* Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
* Willing to work shifts.
* Fast learner with good attention to detail.
* Basic English communication skills.
Job Details
* Salary: SAR 2,000 – 2,500
* Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
* Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Shift-based)
* Preferred Nationalities: Filipino, Indian, Nepali, or Indonesian
Note: Applicant should have a Saudi Iqama
