RESTAURANT RECEPTIONIST

GOLDEN SNACKS & BBQ – JEDDAH

We are looking for a smart, responsible and active male professional to handle reception and customer service for our restaurant.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle reception and customer service

Take orders and coordinate with kitchen

Attend customer inquiries and requests

Maintain guest records and feedback

Manage table reservations (dine-in/takeaway)

Coordinate with delivery platforms

Handle calls, messages and daily communication

Maintain basic POS/computer records

Support management with administrative tasks


REQUIREMENTS

Restaurant experience preferred

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills

Basic English & Arabic preferred

Valid transferable Iqama

Honest, responsible and punctual
