My expertise includes driving sales growth, improving operational performance, controlling food and labour costs, inventory management, staff training and development, customer service, POS systems, and food safety compliance.
I am HACCP and ISO 22000 certified and experienced in leading multicultural teams while maintaining high operational and service standards.
