Description
A leading Contracting Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer to join its team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
7 to 9 years of experience in construction and contracting companies.
Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong experience in preparation of baseline schedules, revised schedules, recovery programs, and project tracking.
Ability to monitor project progress, analyze delays, and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
Experience in resource loading, cost monitoring, and project control activities.
Sound knowledge of preparing and reviewing technical documents, method statements, technical submittals, project schedules, claims documentation, and project correspondence.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain project baseline schedules.
Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and delays.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients.
Support tender planning and preparation of technical documentation.
Assist in claim preparation, extensions of time (EOT), and recovery schedule development.
Location: Jeddah
